7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learningsoft and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
