Learningsoft ("we", "us", "our") operates online consumer services and internal advertising technology. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. When you contact us or use our services, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message or service request.
- Usage information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed on our sites.
- Advertising platform data. When we operate advertising campaigns, we retrieve aggregated performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) from advertising platforms for accounts that we own and control.

- To measure and optimize the performance of our own advertising campaigns
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
3. Advertising platform integrations
We integrate with third-party advertising platforms, including the TikTok Marketing API, solely to manage advertising campaigns on advertiser accounts that we own and control. Through these integrations we may access campaign configuration and aggregated performance reporting.
We do not access, collect, or store personal information about individual end users of these platforms. We do not access data belonging to other advertisers, and we do not operate advertising accounts on behalf of third-party clients. Data retrieved through these integrations is used only for internal campaign measurement and optimization.
Access tokens obtained through platform authorization are stored securely, restricted to authorized personnel, and are used only to perform the operations described in this policy. Tokens may be revoked at any time from the relevant platform's settings.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting and analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process
5. Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Advertising performance data is retained for internal analysis and is deleted when no longer needed.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access to credentials and platform tokens is limited to personnel who require it for operational purposes.
7. Your rights

8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We are based in South Korea. Where information is transferred outside your country of residence, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
